    Levy passed peacefully from the life on April 22, 2014. Levy was born on January 10, 1935 in Pensacola, FL to Levy B. and Dottie L. Blue. The family soon moved to Baker, FL where he grew up and attended local schools. Before graduation from high school, in 1952, he began work as an apprentice at the Overhaul and Repair Department at Pensacola Naval Air Station. He was a civil servant working for both Navy facilities and Air Force facilities for more than 38 years. He retired from Naval Aviation Depot in August 1990 as an Industrial Engineer.

    Levy was preceded in death by: his parents; his brother, Ferrell L. Blue; his former wife, and mother of his children, Joy E. Blue; and a grandson, Paul B. Churchill.

    Survivors include: five daughters, Elizabeth L. Blue, Dorothy J. Blue, Linda Sue Churchill (David), Mary E. (Michael) Sturm and Joann Blue (Ahmed Al Mayman); grandchildren, Allen (Amber) Galbreath, Devin (Jon Hodge) Churchill, Justin (Kiersten) Sturm, Ginnie Sturm and Nura, Mansour and Lulua Al Mayman; great grandchildren, Julia and Cole Jablonski. He is also survived by his extended family: the love of his life, Bobbie Miller; stepsons, Michael (Donna Griggs) Miller, Randall Miller and Stephen (Susan) Miller; step grandchildren, Deanna (Bryant Taylor) Sanders, Douglas (Nichole) Miller, Tim Miller, Sarah (Austin) Wilkinson, Matthew, Logan, Joshua and Stephen Miller, Michael Lewis, and Theresa Lillie; seven step great grandchildren, Gavin, Cameron, Dalton, Rome, Diamond, Kenny and Nevaeh.

    Trahan Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

    A memorial service will be held at a later date.

    In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant Hospice or other charity of your choice .

    He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
